We’ve recently introduced several updates to make it faster and easier for recruiters to engage with multiple candidates at once:

Bulk Messaging

You can now reach out to up to 50 candidates at once, with a rolling limit of 200 candidates over 7 days per recruiter. This ensures efficient outreach while maintaining high-quality engagement. You can personalise this message to the candidates too with candidate first and last name tags.

Other New Bulk Actions

To support streamlined workflow, we’ve added other new actions that can be applied to multiple candidates at the same time:

• Bulk Download CVs
• Invite multiple candidates to apply for an active job in a single click

These enhancements focus on your productivity and delivering a faster time-to-contact while preserving personalised engagement with candidates.
